At MZ AURIX, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Clearance or final sale items.
* Gift cards.
* Customized or personalized products.
* Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
Return Process

Please include:
* Order number.
* Full name.
* Reason for return.
* Photos (if applicable).
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
* The wrong item was received.
* The item arrived damaged.
* The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide:
* Order number.
* Photos of the item and packaging.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
